STOURBRIDGE EXTEND MITCHELL'S CONTRACT
Stourbridge have agreed terms with Neil Mitchell to keep the popular Director of Rugby at Stourton Park for at least the next two seasons.
At a meeting of the Club's general committee last night (21st January 2010), Dick Jeavons-Fellows confirmed that Neil's contract had been extended to include the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons.
"Andy Ferguson (Chairman of Professional Rugby) and Neil have been discussing his role at Stourbridge for some time which has been extended to include more input to rugby development across the club," Dick said later.
"As a committee we are looking to strengthen every area of Stourbridge Rugby so that we maintain a thriving club and enhance our status as the leading community rugby club in the Midlands."
"Neil's commitment to Stourbridge gives us extra stability for delivering these aims and I am very pleased that he is onboard for at least the next two seasons," he added.
