Ladies Rugby

We are in our 3rd season (2009/10) since affiliation with the RFUW. Last season was a good learning curve for us as we improved our results and the strength of our squad as the season progressed. We are looking to build on the reputation of the club and establish ourselves as one of the top Midlands ladies rugby teams. This season we are playing competitive league rugby in National Challenge League - Midlands 2 South, and have retained the services of a physiotherapist to attend matches and training sessions.

We have an enthusiastic group of Ladies and we are always looking for new recruits to join us. We are keen to recruit new and experienced players to strengthen the squad in our push for promotion. We are fully involved in the Regional/County Rugby Programmes, from which a number of players have played for the Midlands regional team.

Any Ladies who are interested in playing should come to Stourbridge Rugby Club on either Monday or Wednesday evening at 6:30pm for our training sessions; or contact one of the numbers below.
