It’s that time of year again when the preparations start for the SRFC May Ball. Thank you for your support in organising a table for one of the recent May Balls, or for expressing an interest in this year’s event.This year’s Ball will follow a similar format to last year with arrival at 7:00 to 7:15 pm, followed by a five course meal, dancing to a live band and a DJ until 2am.
The ticket price remains at £60 per head and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so please give me a call if you want to book a table for either 10 or 12 places.If you have already booked could you please send your cheques to the below address.
Please make cheques payable to Stourbridge RFC, for the value of (number of people in your party x £60 per person). Please also confirm the number of vegetarians among your guests.I will send out the ‘Wine Pre-order Form’ and confirmation of the menu once I have received your cheque.
